You've heard me talk about facets of bath magic in videos and know the Etsy shop Scarlet Moon Creations is mostly focused on that. But what is Bath Magic?
Bathing is something we take for granted in first world countries. We have the ability to easily cleanse ourselves in multiple ways because we have access to clean running water throughout our entire lives. (Well most of us do) Often for free. So the act of bathing has become a daily chore most don't think much about. Bath Magic takes the thoughtlessness out of the process.
Bath Magic is making a mindful ritual out of bathing. This can be during a tub bath, a shower or even just washing your head, hands or feet. Spiritual baths or bathing with intent have been a part of many spiritual and religious practices over the centuries and around the world. The element of Water has been seen as sacred in many aspects similarly.
Add in some other elements such as herbs, salts and oils for their own powers as well as your own intent and you can make your own ritual or powerful potion.
